Extended Myofascial Rolling is a 75-minute guided self-care class that uses therapy balls and rollers to gently release tension held within the body’s fascial system, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and joints. Through slow, mindful rolling, breath awareness, and subtle movement, participants learn how to reduce tightness, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the body.

The extended class format allows enough time to work through a wide variety of body areas while also creating space to slow down, pause, and stay with areas of deeper tension long enough to encourage more meaningful fascial release. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a calming yet effective way to relieve everyday aches, support recovery from physical activity, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection and ease within your body.

This class was designed with physically demanding work (service industry, healthcare, trades, labor, etc.) in mind.
