Through slow, mindful rolling, breath awareness, and subtle movement, participants learn how to reduce tightness, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the body. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a calming yet effective way to relieve everyday aches, support recovery from physical activity, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection and ease within your body.
